Program Description
The Master of Public Health in Nutrition (With a coordinated program in dietetics) enables students to meet the didactic (classes) and supervised practice (rotation hours) requirements to be eligible to take the RDN exam. The purpose of the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public by encouraging high standards of performance by persons practicing nutrition and dietetics. Upon completion of the degree, students may sit for the RDN exam.|

Admissions Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree or equivalent from an institutionally accredited college or university, with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- The GRE is not required for applicants who meet the admissions criteria. If an applicant does not meet the minimum G.P.A. requirements, the GRE is required in order for the application to be considered. Applicant may be interviewed by program director and/or faculty.
- At least three academic and/or employer references.
- As part of the application process, applicants may be invited to participate in our interview process.
- Religious affiliation is not a requirement; but students are expected to adhere to on-campus requirements of modest dress, abstinence from alcohol and smoking, and attendance at weekly chapel.

- Estimated amounts are for the academic year specified only. Amounts are based on full-time attendance for the number of months enrolled per academic year. International students need to calculate 12 months of living expenses based on these amounts.
- Amounts are expected to increase each year consistent with inflation in the professional education sector.
- To qualify for financial aid, most students must be enrolled at least half time in an aid eligible program and be taking degree requirements. Half time is 6 units in a quarter for undergraduate programs and 4 units in a quarter for graduate programs.
