To access this tool through the One Portal:
- Go to the one portal:
- Under “University Apps & Links” in the menu > click on “University Desktop”
- Under “Faculty Portals” section > click on “Annual Faculty Report (AFR)”

Annual Program Report - Due the end of October
Important Message to All Faculty and Program Directors
Please remember that all Annual Reports are due the end of October.
Every program needs to complete the online Annual Program Report. Users are encouraged to respond to all of the report sections as it will help programs to be able to track and analyze their data over time.
To access this tool through the One Portal:
- Go to the one portal:
- Under “University Apps & Links” in the menu > click on “University Desktop”
- Under “Faculty Portals” section >click on New Assessment Management System (AMS)”
- Click on Program Assessment.
- Click on Select Program.
- Select your program under Program Groups.
- Click on the program name next to Program Assessment Units.

If you do not see the section "Annual Program Evaluation" after selecting your program, please email assessment@llu.edu for editorial access.
LLU ILO Report - Due the End of October
All programs need to submit their LLU Institutional Learning Outcomes assessment reports each year. Please note the following:
To access this tool through the One Portal:
- Log in to .
- Under “University Apps & Links” > Click on For Faculty
- From the box Faculty Portals in the left side of the page, click on Assessment Management System (AMS).
- Select your program.
- Complete the question under the "Learning Outcomes Analysis" tab.
